Micro1 is looking for experienced **Software Engineering Specialists** to contribute to a high-impact customer project focused on technical analysis, engineering reasoning, and documentation for next-generation AI systems.
**No prior AI experience is required.** Your software engineering expertise is what matters.
### 🔹 What You'll Do
• Analyze technical decisions, system architecture, and engineering trade-offs
• Review code samples and architectural proposals
• Provide expert feedback on strengths, weaknesses, and improvements
• Write **RFCs, ADRs, and technical design specifications**
• Conduct structured code reviews and debugging analysis
• Develop automation testing strategies and performance analysis
• Explain complex engineering concepts clearly and concisely
Job Requirements:
• **3+ years** of production-grade software engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of **System Design & Software Engineering**
• Experience with technical writing, RFCs, ADRs, or design documentation
• Strong code review and debugging skills
• Experience with automation testing frameworks
• Knowledge of performance analysis and engineering trade-offs
• Excellent written English and technical communication skills
