**Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt (ADIB Egypt)** is hiring a **SWIFT Operations Officer / Senior Officer** to support secure and efficient SWIFT operations, message processing, correspondent banking activities, and operational controls.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
📨 Handle incoming & outgoing **SWIFT messages** and coordinate corrective actions
🔐 Improve operational security and manage SWIFT users
🔄 Direct message traffic, clear suspense queues, and reroute rejected messages
🗄️ Archive SWIFT messages and maintain daily backups
🏦 Maintain correspondent files and **BIC Codes**
🛠️ Resolve SWIFT issues through **SWIFT Case Manager** and maintain SWIFT keys
📋 Process customer registration requests from LC & LG departments after required checks
💵 Forward cash and shipment deals from correspondent banks to Centralized Cash Operations
🤝 Create Relationship Management Applications with correspondent banks
💱 Update and upload daily rates
⚙️ Create message partners, exit point profiles and queues according to business needs
🚨 Address delays, deletion and connectivity issues affecting operations
📊 Reconcile automatically routed incoming and outgoing messages
🔑 Control and secure SWIFT token devices
🧪 Participate in **UAT testing** and review implementation results
📑 Support reporting, RSCA samples and operational analysis
📞 Handle customer complaints in coordination with Compliance & Governance
🔧 Contribute to process improvements, new procedures and SWIFT standards upgrades
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree
✅ **2–5+ years** of relevant experience
✅ Good knowledge of banking functions, responsibilities and processes
✅ Very good analytical skills
✅ Very good presentation and negotiation skills
✅ Excellent **MS Office — Word & Excel**
