**Emirates NBD Egypt** is hiring a **Personal Banking Advisor** to develop client relationships, drive sales, and provide suitable banking solutions based on customer needs.
### 💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sell and cross-sell **banking products & services** to achieve business targets
🔹 Develop new channels to acquire potential clients
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with branch clients
🔹 Identify customer needs and introduce suitable banking solutions
🔹 Conduct calls with potential and existing clients in line with bank policies
🔹 Handle and resolve customer queries promptly
🔹 Retain existing clients through focused relationship management
🔹 Ensure compliance with **branch policies, CBE regulations and regulatory requirements**
🔹 Prepare and review required reports and **KYC forms**
🔹 Ensure transactions comply with bank policies and procedures
🔹 Coach and support Relationship Officers to improve productivity and achieve targets
Job Requirements:
✅ **2+ years of experience in Financial Services**
✅ **2+ years of Sales experience**
✅ **2+ years of Relationship Building experience**
✅ Strong customer relationship and communication skills
✅ Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve business targets
✅ Good understanding of banking products and services
✅ Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
