Alwafaa Food Industries is hiring an Accounts Payable Section Head to oversee supplier accounts, invoice processing, tax compliance, and payment operations.

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full accounts payable cycle, from invoice receipt to final payment settlement.
* Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods receipt notes (GRNs).
* Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse teams to resolve invoice and quantity discrepancies.
* Record supplier invoices and prepare journal entries for accruals and payments.
* Maintain supplier records and monitor liabilities through aging reports.
* Track purchase orders, received quantities, and outstanding deliveries.
* Manage local and international service providers and monitor contractual obligations.
* Prepare and review monthly supplier trial balances, reports, and account reconciliations.
* Analyze supplier accounts at the end of each financial period.
* Monitor VAT, withholding and collection taxes, and submit required tax returns and declarations.
* Monitor bank accounts and perform periodic bank reconciliations.
* Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and applicable tax regulations.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting, from an Egyptian university. Equivalent degrees are not accepted.
* At least 5 years of Finance experience, including 3 years in a similar role.
* Full proficiency in electronic invoicing and the Electronic Tax System.
* Strong knowledge of tax calculations, monthly and quarterly tax returns, and tax declarations.
* Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with manual accounting and ERP systems.
* High accuracy, strong organizational skills, and excellent analytical abilities.
* Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
