### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Develop and manage **social media content calendars** across multiple platforms
🔹 Create engaging content ideas aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives
🔹 Write and edit **Arabic & English** social media copy and captions
🔹 Develop creative concepts for **Reels, TikTok, and short-form video**
🔹 Support and coordinate content shoots, including ideas, references, and requirements
🔹 Prepare creative briefs for designers, videographers, and creative partners
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution
🔹 Monitor social media trends and identify relevant creative opportunities
🔹 Ensure content follows brand tone and communication guidelines
🔹 Support social media campaigns and promotional content
🔹 Track content performance and provide insights for future content
Job Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field**
✔️ **2+ years** of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing
✔️ Strong creative and content development skills
✔️ Hands-on experience managing **content calendars**
✔️ Strong **Arabic & English copywriting** skills
✔️ Good understanding of **Reels, TikTok & short-form video**
✔️ Experience with content shoots and creative briefing
✔️ Strong awareness of social media trends and digital content formats
➕ Agency, lifestyle, retail, fashion, or similar industry experience is highly preferred
✔️ Strong communication, organization, creativity, and follow-up skills
✔️ Good English and **MS Office** skills
