Job Description:
• Manage on-site camps and accommodation facilities in Marsa Alam
• Lead in-house catering operations delivering ~7,000 meals daily
• Oversee national & international travel and workforce mobilization
• Manage large-scale transportation operations (~1,800 trips/month)
• Lead administration teams and manage supplier contracts
• Ensure strong HSE compliance across all support services
• Drive continuous process improvement in a remote operating environment.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years experience in administration or facilities management
• Background in mining, oil & gas, or remote-site operations preferred
• Strong expertise in accommodation, catering, travel & transport management
• Solid understanding of HSE standards, contractor management & cost control
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills.
