Job Description:
🚢 Lead global logistics operations across multiple countries and regions
📈 Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with business growth
✈ Manage international transportation (air, sea, road) and freight forwarding
📑 Oversee customs clearance, import/export compliance & trade documentation
💰 Optimize logistics costs, delivery timelines & service levels
🤝 Manage 3PLs, freight forwarders, and logistics vendors
📊 Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics
🔄 Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, warehouse & sales teams
⚠ Identify cross-border risks and implement mitigation strategies
⚙ Drive continuous improvement & process optimization initiatives
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
✔ 8–12 years of logistics/supply chain experience with global exposure
✔ Proven experience managing multi-country logistics operations
✔ Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs & trade compliance
✔ Experience with ERP, TMS, and logistics systems
✔ Strong leadership & vendor management skills
✔ Ability to work effectively across time zones in a remote setup
✔ Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
