Job Description:
Palm Outsourcing is hiring on behalf of an established eCommerce business operating across DTC & B2B channels.
We are looking for a hands-on 3PL Logistics Coordinator to take full ownership of warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, WMS discipline, and SLA execution with a 3PL partner.
⚠ This is an execution-heavy warehouse operations role. Applicants without solid, demonstrable warehouse fulfilment experience will not be considered.
🔹 What You’ll Own
📦 3PL Warehouse Execution
Manage inbound scheduling, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch & exceptions handling.
📊 WMS & Data Integrity
Ensure correct transactions, bin control, stock status, and order flow. Investigate discrepancies immediately.
📈 Inventory Accuracy (Non-Negotiable)
Lead cycle counts & monthly stock takes. Reconcile variances and drive corrective actions.
🚚 SLA & Dispatch Control
Track pick accuracy, dispatch cut-offs, carrier SLAs & reduce mis-picks/damages.
🔄 Returns & Exceptions Management
Handle damages, missing items & root-cause resolution.
💰 Invoice Auditing
Audit 3PL invoices and validate warehouse charges vs activity.
📑 KPI Reporting
Report on inventory accuracy, shrinkage, backlog, dispatch SLA & cost drivers.
⚙ Continuous Improvement
Strengthen SOP compliance, WMS workflows & operational performance.
Job Requirements:
✔ Proven hands-on warehouse fulfilment experience (3PL or in-house)
✔ Strong operational WMS knowledge
✔ Experience running stock takes & variance reconciliation
✔ Ownership of warehouse KPIs (SLA, pick accuracy, inventory accuracy)
✔ Analytical & detail-oriented mindset
✔ Strong English communication skills
