Job Description:
• Provide technical support via phone and web-based tools
• Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues (PC, OS, systems)
• Manage and resolve incidents وفق SLA and escalation policies
• Document all incidents and actions in the system
• Communicate updates to customers عبر email and phone
• Escalate issues to the appropriate teams when needed
• Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, Security, and Data Center teams
• Maintain strong knowledge of systems, tools, and processes
Job Requirements:
• Fluent in English (French is a strong plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Background in IT support, infrastructure, or systems
• Relevant technical certification (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
