Job Description:
Elite Way DXB LLC is hiring an **Account Manager** to support and expand its healthcare and pharma business across the UAE market, focusing on client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth.
💼 Role Overview:
You will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting healthcare-focused events and marketing activities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage relationships with healthcare clients in the UAE market
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
• Support execution of events and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business targets
• Maintain a strong network within the healthcare industry
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development
• MUST have UAE market experience
• Strong understanding of event management and healthcare industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel for events and meetings
