Job Description:

Are you passionate about customer experience, operations, and supply chain excellence? L'Oréal is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join its Cairo-based Supply Chain team and play a key role in delivering a seamless Order-to-Cash process. ### 🔹 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle from order entry to final delivery ✅ Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations ✅ Resolve order, delivery, and invoicing issues proactively ✅ Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction ✅ Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency ✅ Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:
