Job Description:
Are you passionate about customer experience, operations, and supply chain excellence? L'Oréal is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join its Cairo-based Supply Chain team and play a key role in delivering a seamless Order-to-Cash process.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle from order entry to final delivery
✅ Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations
✅ Resolve order, delivery, and invoicing issues proactively
✅ Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
✅ Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
✅ Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Customer-focused mindset
✔ Excellent problem-solving abilities
✔ Strong organizational and operational skills
✔ Fluent English communication skills
