Job Description:
Turpal is hiring a **Customer Operations Manager** to own the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding to retention and expansion—while leading a team and driving customer success strategy.
💼 Role Overview:
This is a **player-coach leadership role** where you will manage a team of Customer Operations Specialists while directly handling strategic accounts and complex implementations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach a multi-country customer operations team
• Own onboarding and implementation processes for B2B clients
• Manage customer support quality, escalation handling, and service standards
• Drive retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
• Act as the voice of the customer for Product & Engineering teams
• Define and track KPIs (adoption, satisfaction, retention, onboarding time)
• Optimize CRM, ticketing, and customer success tools
• Improve operational processes and reporting frameworks
Job Requirements:
• Fluent in English & Arabic (required)
• 7+ years in customer-facing tech / B2B SaaS roles
• 3+ years experience leading or coaching teams
• Strong background in onboarding, support, retention, and expansion
• Experience with CRM / ticketing / onboarding systems
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in travel tech or startups is a plus
