• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls and digital channels

• Deliver consistent customer service support aligned with client standards
• Maintain high quality communication and customer satisfaction levels
Job Requirements:
• Fluent English (B2 – C1 level)
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Good phone etiquette and customer handling skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Immediate availability preferred
