JD Logistics is looking for a Customs Clearance Specialist to support customs operations across Saudi Arabia and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely clearance processes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process customs clearance declarations
• Manage documentation through Fasah, SABER, Bayan, and other regulatory platforms
• Coordinate approvals with government authorities (SFDA, CITC, GACA, etc.)
• Review shipment documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations
• Resolve customs disputes, corrections, and compliance issues
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all transactions
• Support process improvements and customer experience initiatives
Job Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and trade regulations
• Experience with Saudi customs systems and regulatory platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and compliance awareness
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or customs operations is preferred
