🚀 Data Analyst (Europe) | Remote 📍 EMEA 🏢 Sporty Group 🕒 Full-Time 🌍 Remote Sporty Group is looking for a highly analytical Data Analyst to transform massive datasets into actionable business insights. In this role, you'll work closely with product, marketing, and business teams, build dashboards used by key decision-makers, and help shape data-driven strategies across a fast-growing global organization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities • Design, define, and monitor key business KPIs and OKRs • Partner with product, marketing, and business teams to answer strategic questions through data • Build and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting frameworks • Deliver clear, data-driven insights through reports and presentations • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives and growth projects • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and reporting consistency • Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve reporting infrastructure

Job Requirements:
