This role is ideal for organized professionals who excel at administration, coordination, and event operations while ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly behind the scenes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage administrative processes related to event planning, purchase orders, invoices, approvals, and financial records.
• Prepare and maintain event documentation, timelines, schedules, floor plans, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations, track bookings, and monitor deliverables.
• Support cross-functional communication to ensure event requirements and deadlines are met.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, correspondence, and event reports.
• Assist with budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, meeting coordination, and post-event reporting.
Job Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, cultural, entertainment, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of document management, purchase order workflows, and budget tracking.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
