Looking to start your career in real estate sales? The Address Investments is hiring motivated Fresh Sales Specialists to join their growing team in New Cairo. No prior real estate experience is required, as structured training and mentorship will be provided.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects
• Present property options, pricing, and payment plans
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
• Schedule and attend client meetings
• Accompany clients on property visits and project tours
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams for updated project information
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
• Support clients throughout the property buying journey
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
• Strong interest in Real Estate and Property Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Strong presentation and follow-up skills
• High motivation and willingness to learn
• Professional attitude and integrity
• Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, CRM tools)
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo
