📢 Executive Assistant & Recruitment Operations Coordinator-Egypt, Remote 📍 Location: Egypt (Remote) 💼 Job Type: Full Time 🚀 Join a specialized healthcare executive search firm and play a key role in supporting physician recruitment operations across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate physician recruitment projects from sourcing through interview stages • Follow up with candidates regarding CVs, licenses, certifications, and credentialing documents • Maintain ATS, candidate databases, and recruitment records • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and clients • Prepare candidate submission packages and executive summaries • Format and brand physician CVs according to company standards • Manage executive calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and follow-up actions • Maintain CRM systems and client databases • Research healthcare organizations and key decision-makers • Support LinkedIn content scheduling and business development activities • Build and maintain SOPs, templates, and recruitment workflows • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum 2 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Recruitment Coordination, Healthcare Recruitment, or Operations Support • Excellent organizational and administrative skills • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Experience with ATS, CRM, or recruitment systems is preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Strong attention to detail and follow-through ⭐ Preferred Experience: • Healthcare recruitment • Physician recruitment • GCC healthcare market exposure • LinkedIn Recruiter or sourcing experience • Professional CV formatting and document preparation
