Join ACCBC and become part of a structured HR & administration function supporting both office operations and HR processes within a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is ideal for highly organized professionals who excel in documentation, coordination, and operational support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies, vendors, maintenance, and procurement coordination
• Handle administrative records, contracts, and audit-ready documentation
• Maintain secure HR and employee filing systems (hard & soft copies)
• Support onboarding and offboarding documentation processes
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR logistics activities
• Track employee records including promotions, transfers, and terminations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and governance standards
• Assist in benefits administration (insurance, social insurance, mobile lines)
• Support government documentation, audits, and compliance tracking
• Manage transportation coordination and employee bus schedules
• Maintain office standards aligned with 5S and facility requirements
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• High attention to detail and confidentiality discipline
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured environment
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Understanding of HR operations is a plus

• Experience in HR administration or office management
