Join Azadea Group and lead supply planning operations across the country, ensuring efficient product flow, optimized logistics networks, and seamless coordination between suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, and retail operations. This opportunity is ideal for experienced supply chain leaders with strong planning, logistics, and team management capabilities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across the country
• Analyze and resolve logistics and supply chain challenges
• Conduct feasibility studies and supply chain simulations for new brands and products
• Oversee receiving operations and ensure timely product delivery to stores and distribution points
• Evaluate and benchmark logistics service providers and transportation partners
• Develop and monitor operational frameworks covering warehousing, transportation, freight forwarding, and customs activities
• Manage budgets, control operational costs, and report variances
• Assess logistics network performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor quality, efficiency, and cost of inventory movement and storage
• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate the supply chain team
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong experience in supply planning, logistics, and supply chain management
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing logistics providers, warehouses, and transportation operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and operational performance

• Experience within retail, fashion, FMCG, or multi-brand environments
• Knowledge of supply chain optimization and network design
• Strong project management and business planning skills
