Join Interact Technology Solutions as a Warehouse Manager and lead warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics activities in a dynamic technology and industrial environment. This role is ideal for experienced warehouse professionals with strong ERP expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in manufacturing, production, or system integration industries.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock movement tracking through ERP systems
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate warehouse team performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and operational standards
• Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations
• Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare warehouse performance reports and KPI dashboards
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material handling processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business operations
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse management
• Experience within Production, Manufacturing, Industrial, or System Integration companies is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and team management skills

• Proven experience managing large inventory volumes and warehouse teams
• Familiarity with warehouse KPIs and performance measurement systems
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
