We are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead enterprise technology strategy, SAP transformation, digital innovation, cybersecurity, and IT operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Define and execute the company's IT strategy and roadmap
✔ Lead SAP/ERP transformation, implementation, and optimization projects
✔ Manage enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT support functions
✔ Drive digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and smart manufacturing initiatives
✔ Oversee SAP S/4HANA landscape and key modules (PP, MM, SD, EWM, QM, PM, FI/CO)
✔ Support manufacturing operations, supply chain, warehousing, and finance systems
✔ Lead large-scale technology projects and vendor relationships
✔ Ensure business continuity, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
✔ Master's degree or MBA is a plus
✔ 12–15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
✔ 5+ years in a senior IT leadership or IT Director role
✔ Extensive SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA experience
✔ Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, and business transformation
✔ Experience leading enterprise-wide ERP implementations and migrations
