📍 Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and issue purchase orders to international suppliers
✅ Manage shipping, freight forwarding, and customs clearance processes
✅ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
✅ Negotiate with freight forwarders to secure competitive shipping rates
✅ Follow up with customs brokers to avoid demurrage and detention charges
✅ Update ERP systems with shipment and logistics data
✅ Monitor shipment progress and provide regular status reports
✅ Collaborate with the Sales team to communicate order updates
✅ Review shipping documents to ensure compliance and accuracy
✅ Minimize lead times through effective coordination with all stakeholders
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Import, Export, or Supply Chain
✔ Strong knowledge of international freight operations and Incoterms
✔ Excellent English communication skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
✔ Experience working with ERP systems
✔ High attention to detail and document accuracy
✔ Strong coordination and follow-up skills
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
⭐ Experience in foreign purchasing and international logistics
⭐ Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and shipping documentation
