Join Breadfast, one of the fastest-growing FMCG and quick-commerce companies in the region, and play a key role in ensuring smooth material flow across production and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented planners who can manage inventory, optimize raw material supply, and support fast-paced production requirements.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Plan raw material and packaging supply based on production requirements
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining optimal inventory levels
• Monitor supplier performance for raw materials and packaging materials
• Build monthly MRP plans aligned with production needs and inventory status
• Coordinate with production planners to define material requirements and planned orders
• Expedite or delay material deliveries to maintain flexible production schedules
• Track inventory levels and drive continuous improvement in stock optimization
• Support procurement in resolving material risks and shortages
• Ensure availability of materials for new trials and product launches
• Monitor planning KPIs and update stock reports regularly
Job Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or FMCG operations
• Strong understanding of material planning and inventory control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is essential)
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken)

• FMCG or fast-paced production environment experience
• Exposure to MRP systems and demand planning tools
• Strong capability in data-driven decision making
