Join Siemens Mobility Egypt and be part of one of the most advanced infrastructure and high-speed rail projects in the region. This role is designed for experienced warehouse and logistics leaders who can manage complex material flows, ensure full inventory traceability, and support large-scale rail operations in a highly structured, international environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement warehouse and storage concepts aligned with operational requirements
• Manage warehouse operations across depots supporting high-speed rail lines
• Lead store supervisors, storekeepers, and subcontractor teams
• Develop and enforce warehouse procedures, inventory control, and material handling rules
• Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, transfer, and return of materials with full traceability
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP, CMMS, and ERP systems
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with procurement, maintenance, and project teams
• Conduct stock counts, audits, and reporting activities
• Monitor consumables and spare parts levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Support scrap handling, waste disposal, and non-conforming material processes
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management (project-based preferred)
• Strong experience in inventory control and material traceability
• SAP / ERP / CMMS systems experience required
• Knowledge of import/export operations is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards

• Experience in large infrastructure or rail projects
• Exposure to multinational or multicultural work environments
• Strong capability in warehouse optimization and process improvement
