Job Description:
• Manage office administration and daily operations
• Support finance activities, invoicing, payments, and reporting
• Handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, and HR documentation
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and vendor management
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
• Prepare reports and support management with operational activities
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, Accounting, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, and Office Administration
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or HR systems is a plus
• Good command of Arabic and English
