Join CPECC and be part of major EPC oil & gas projects in the UAE, supporting large-scale procurement operations in line with international standards and Saudi Aramco requirements. This role is designed for highly experienced procurement professionals with strong EPC background and proven expertise in vendor management and tendering processes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage RFQs for EPC bidding projects
• Develop and maintain procurement procedures and work standards
• Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors
• Participate in technical and commercial bid evaluations
• Coordinate material and procurement data across departments
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements
• Maintain procurement databases and documentation systems
• Provide regular procurement progress reports to management
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 10–15 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects
• Minimum 5 years in procurement, tendering, or proposal roles
• Mandatory Saudi Aramco project experience
• Strong knowledge of Aramco standards, procurement practices, and vendor management
• Deep understanding of EPC supply chain processes
• Must currently be based in UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred (within 30 days)

• Strong experience in Middle East EPC projects
• Proven expertise in large-scale procurement operations
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in high-value oil & gas projects
