An excellent opportunity for experienced procurement professionals to join a major LNG project in Qatar and play a key role in managing procurement activities across large-scale Oil & Gas operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead procurement activities for Long Lead Items (LLI).
✅ Prepare ITT packages and coordinate tendering processes.
✅ Evaluate bids and manage procurement agreements.
✅ Ensure compliance with project procurement policies and procedures.
✅ Develop and execute overall and individual Procurement Plans.
✅ Review and approve contractor procurement procedures and documentation.
✅ Support spare parts and bulk material procurement planning.
✅ Oversee contractor procurement activities to ensure compliance with EPC contract requirements.
✅ Manage procurement processes to achieve cost-effective and timely project delivery.
✅ Develop project closeout and material reconciliation plans.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
✔ At least 10 years of experience within the Onshore Oil & Gas industry.
✔ Strong experience in procurement planning, tendering, contracts, and EPC projects.
✔ Proven ability to manage complex procurement operations and contractor relationships.
✔ Strong understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and supply chain best practices.
