🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Execute purchase orders based on production plans and material requirements
✅ Monitor open POs and ensure timely supplier confirmations and deliveries
✅ Track shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays
✅ Maintain supplier communication to ensure OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) performance
✅ Lead shortage management activities and mitigate supply risks
✅ Monitor supplier KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed
✅ Manage supplier allocation based on availability, lead times, inventory levels, and production priorities
✅ Collaborate closely with Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
✅ Support inventory optimization and business continuity initiatives
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
✔ 2–5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Operations
✔ Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
✔ Packaging industry experience is a plus
✔ Strong knowledge of procurement operations, inventory management, and supply planning
✔ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

⭐ Experience in supplier performance management and operational procurement
⭐ Experience managing supply risks and material shortages
⭐ Strong understanding of production-driven supply chain environments
