🔹 **About the Role:**
Join CPECC as a Purchasing Engineer and lead end-to-end procurement activities for major EPC Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate must have proven Saudi Aramco project experience and strong expertise in procurement execution, vendor management, and EPC supply chain operations.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services for EPC projects
✅ Prepare RFQs and evaluate technical & commercial bids
✅ Coordinate with Engineering and Project teams on material requirements
✅ Issue Purchase Orders and ensure compliance with project specifications
✅ Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers
✅ Monitor vendor performance and resolve procurement issues
✅ Ensure timely material delivery aligned with project schedules
✅ Maintain procurement records, reports, and project compliance
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
✔ 10–15 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects
✔ Mandatory Saudi Aramco project experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, procurement procedures, and vendor management
✔ Strong understanding of the EPC supply chain cycle
✔ Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferred)
✔ Ability to read technical specifications and coordinate with engineering teams
✔ Candidates must currently be based in the UAE
✔ Immediate joiners or candidates available within 30 days are preferred
⭐ **Preferred:**
• Experience in Middle East EPC projects
• Age range: 35–40 years
