Job Description:
Alstom is hiring a Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, material flow management, and logistics performance while ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental policies
• Manage material storage, availability, integrity, and timely delivery to production lines
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, kitting, and shipping
• Ensure alignment between physical and system material flows
• Drive effective ERP utilization and provide training to logistics teams
• Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs and operational metrics
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to APSYS roadmap activities
• Manage and develop warehouse teams through coaching and performance management
• Optimize warehouse layouts and line-feeding processes (Kanban flow)
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and monitor performance standards
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role
• Strong experience with ERP systems
• SAP (IM & WM modules) knowledge is a plus
• Supply Chain specialization is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
