Job Description:
🚨 **We're Hiring | Senior Financial Reporting & Consolidation Accountant**
**Manpower Egypt** is hiring on behalf of a **well-known multinational company** for a **Senior Financial Reporting & Consolidation Accountant** based in **Cairo**.
📍 **Location:** Cairo, Egypt
### Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare monthly Financial Packages and ensure accurate financial reporting.
✅ Perform Trial Balance analysis and account reconciliations.
✅ Manage financial reporting for banking facilities and credit renewals.
✅ Prepare Fair Value (Mark-to-Market) and Positioning reports.
✅ Analyze Actual vs. Budget variances and Trade P&L.
✅ Support SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements.
✅ Manage month-end closing and financial consolidation across multiple entities.
✅ Prepare Board reports, statutory reports, and management presentations.
✅ Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
✅ Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting processes and controls.
Job Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
💼 6+ years of experience in Financial Reporting, Accounting, Consolidation, or Financial Controlling.
📊 Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end closing, reconciliations, and consolidation.
✅ Experience with SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit processes.
📈 Knowledge of Mark-to-Market (MTM) accounting is an advantage.
💻 Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as **SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics**, or similar.
🇬🇧 Excellent English communication skills.
