Job Description:
🚨 We're Hiring | SMEs Relationship Manager
Crédit Agricole Egypt** is looking for an experienced **SMEs Relationship Manager** to join its team in **Cairo.
📍 Location:** Cairo, Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients while acquiring new business opportunities.
✅ Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
✅ Strengthen customer relationships and provide exceptional account management.
✅ Increase deposits, lending utilization, Trade Finance, and Capital Market activities.
✅ Analyze financial statements, structure credit facilities, and assess business risks.
✅ Prepare and discuss credit proposals with the Risk Department.
✅ Handle facility renewals and ensure all customer documentation is complete.
✅ Promote Crédit Agricole Egypt’s full range of banking products and services.
✅ Ensure full compliance with **CBE regulations** and the bank's internal policies.
Job Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree, Credit Course, or Finance certification is a plus).
💼 3–4 years of banking experience in SME Relationship Management or a similar role.
📊 Strong financial analysis, credit assessment, and market knowledge.
🤝 Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
🇬🇧 Excellent command of English.
💻 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
