🚀 **micro1** is looking for experienced **3D Animators** to contribute to an AI-focused project and help train next-generation AI systems.

### What You’ll Do
• Create and refine 3D animation sequences
• Work with **Cinema 4D, Blender, Mixamo, or Unity**
• Create character and object animations
• Document creative & technical workflows
• Evaluate AI-generated animation workflows
• Provide expert feedback and practical animation insights
• Collaborate remotely with creative and technical teams
Job Requirements:
✅ Expert-level skills in at least one listed platform
✅ Strong 3D animation portfolio
✅ Character/object animation experience
✅ Knowledge of rigging & motion capture is a plus
✅ Strong communication and documentation skills
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
