We hiring **Arabic AI Quality Analysts** to evaluate how well AI models personalize responses using information from conversations and connected Google services.
This role is ideal for professionals interested in **AI evaluation, prompt engineering, data annotation, content quality, linguistics, and analytical testing**.
### 🔹 What You'll Do
• Design multi-turn prompts to test AI personalization
• Evaluate AI responses for **Grounding, Integration & Helpfulness**
• Identify incorrect personalization, hallucinations and poor inferences
• Compare AI responses side-by-side and determine which is better
• Write clear rationales and detailed feedback
• Review and verify AI debug information and data sources
• Maintain strict data hygiene throughout evaluations
Job Requirements:
✅ Strong **Arabic reading & writing** skills
✅ Excellent analytical and critical-thinking abilities
✅ Experience with prompt engineering or AI evaluation is a plus
✅ Background in **data annotation, QA, content moderation, linguistics, journalism, law, policy, ethics, or computer science** is preferred
✅ Excellent written communication
✅ Ability to work independently
✅ Desktop/laptop + reliable internet
✅ Willingness to use a **primary personal Google account** for the evaluation
🎓 **BS/BA degree or equivalent experience** in a relevant field.
### ⏰ Availability
• Minimum **4 hours/day**
• Up to **40 hours/week**
• Must have **4 hours of overlap with PST**
• 3-month contractor engagement
### 💰 Compensation
**$15/hour**
