QNBeyond Plus is looking for a **Business Data Analyst** to join its Data Management & AI team and support data-driven decision-making across its digital banking platform.
**Key Responsibilities:**
🔹 Bridge business stakeholders and data teams
🔹 Gather and document reporting & analytics requirements
🔹 Translate business questions into **KPIs, metrics, and insights**
🔹 Build dashboards and reports to support business decisions
🔹 Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
🔹 Support improvements in customer experience and operational performance
🔹 Communicate analytical insights effectively to business and technical teams
Job Requirements:
✅ 2+ years of experience in **Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or System Analysis**
✅ Strong knowledge of **SQL**
✅ Good understanding of **Data Modeling**
✅ Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
**Preferred:**
➕ Business Intelligence tools experience
➕ 1+ year in **Fintech or regulated environments**
➕ Banking / Financial Services knowledge
➕ Familiarity with **PCI/DSS compliance**
