Premium Card is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join its **Inbound Customer Service Team**.
### **Job Responsibilities**
✅ Respond to customer and merchant inquiries via phone.
✅ Assist cardholders and merchants with requests and issue resolution.
✅ Deliver professional, accurate, and timely customer support.
✅ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in any related field.
✔ **0–3 years** of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
✔ Good computer skills and proficiency in **Microsoft Office**.
✔ Ability to work **rotational shifts (8 hours)** with **2 days off**.
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
