Microsoft is looking for a **Customer Success Account Manager** to help enterprise customers accelerate their digital transformation and maximize the value of Microsoft Cloud solutions.
### **Key Responsibilities**
✅ Drive customer success through proactive engagement and strategic account management.
✅ Help customers adopt and optimize Microsoft Cloud technologies.
✅ Plan and coordinate customer programs across cloud and on-premises environments.
✅ Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and senior executives.
✅ Manage support escalations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
✅ Collaborate with Microsoft teams and partners to deliver successful customer outcomes.
✅ Identify opportunities to improve customer health, performance, and business value.
✅ Support AI innovation and cloud adoption initiatives.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred).
✔ **1+ years** of experience in Program Management, Engagement Management, or Customer Success.
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Experience managing technical or cloud-related customer engagements.
✔ Excellent planning, project coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud, Azure, hybrid infrastructure, or cloud migration is a strong advantage.
✔ Microsoft certifications are a plus.
✔ Willingness to travel when required (0–25%).
