🚨 Customer Success Manager – Remote | Egypt 🇪🇬**
**Hired** is hiring a **Customer Success Manager** to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth across a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers.
🌍 **Location:** Remote – Egypt
💼 **Employment Type:** Full-time
💰 **Salary:** $75,000 – $120,000 USD equivalent + benefits
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts post-sale
• Drive product adoption through onboarding, training, and enablement
• Run quarterly business reviews and align product usage with customer goals
• Identify expansion opportunities and work with Sales to close them
• Monitor account health and proactively manage at-risk customers
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product teams
Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
• Experience driving renewals and expansion in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong commercial and communication skills
• Experience with Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight or ChurnZero and CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong follow-up, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
