**Quik Hire Staffing** is hiring an **E-commerce Specialist** to manage and optimize online store operations remotely from Egypt.
📍 **Location:** Egypt — Remote

💰 **Indicative Salary:** $60,000 – $95,000 USD/year
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage product listings, merchandising & storefront content
• Optimize site search, navigation & category structure
• Run promotions, bundles & conversion campaigns
• Monitor KPIs including Conversion Rate, AOV & Traffic
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations & Customer Service
• Run experiments to improve sales and website performance
Job Requirements:
• 2+ years of e-commerce experience
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce KPIs & conversion optimization
• Hands-on experience with GA4 & e-commerce analytics
• Familiarity with Email, SMS & personalization tools
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with remote teams across time zones
