💼 **Role:** Global Transaction Services Supervisor
ABK-Egypt is looking for an experienced banking professional to manage customer relationships, drive sales, supervise customer service activities, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
### **Key Responsibilities**
🎯 Achieve sales targets across the bank's products and services.
📈 Identify opportunities to **cross-sell and upsell** to existing and potential customers.
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with priority customers.
💬 Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints while maintaining high service standards.
👥 Supervise CSRs and monitor their daily activities and customer transactions.
📋 Ensure transactions are properly logged and required documentation is complete.
🛡️ Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
🔐 Handle **AML and KYC** activities related to account opening and customer updates.
🚨 Resolve customer issues and escalate cases when they exceed the authorized level.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field**.
✔ Minimum **4 years of banking experience** in a similar or related role.
✔ Advanced knowledge of banking products and services.
✔ Strong understanding of customer needs and relationship management.
✔ Excellent **communication and negotiation skills**.
✔ Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
✔ Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
