AAIB is hiring a **Governance, Risk & Compliance Senior Officer** to support Information Security governance, cybersecurity risk management, compliance, and security controls.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage IT & cybersecurity risk identification and mitigation
• Develop Information Security policies and procedures
• Conduct cybersecurity assessments for systems, processes and technologies
• Ensure compliance with **CBE and international security standards**
• Maintain risk registers, mitigation plans and security controls
• Support GRC activities, RCSAs and risk assessments
• Prepare security reports, KRIs and remediation tracking
• Support GRC platform implementation and best practices
• Identify security risks in new projects and products
Job Requirements:
✅ **3–7 years of relevant experience**
✅ Strong Information Security governance & risk background
✅ Knowledge of **GRC, IT Risk & Compliance**
✅ Familiarity with GRC tools
✅ Knowledge of **ISO 27001/27005, ISO 31000, NIST & PCI-DSS**
✅ CBE regulatory knowledge
✅ Preferred certifications: **CGRC, GRCP, CRISC, ISO 27K**
✅ Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
✅ Bachelor's Degree
