Amazon is looking for **Graduate Area Managers** to join its Operations team and develop leadership, data analysis, and operational management skills in a fast-paced global environment.
This is a hands-on role where you'll lead teams, analyse operational performance, improve processes, and help ensure customer demand is met safely and efficiently.
### **What You'll Do**
👥 Lead and support a diverse operational team while building a strong team culture.
🦺 Promote and maintain a strong culture of **safety and employee wellbeing**.
📊 Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
⚙️ Implement corrective actions to improve **quality, productivity, and operational efficiency**.
📈 Monitor performance across shifts and ensure business objectives are achieved.
🔧 Identify and implement **process improvements** to enhance productivity and customer service.
🤝 Collaborate with other managers to standardize operational and shift processes.
📋 Handle administrative responsibilities, escalations, and daily operational planning.

Job Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's or Master's degree.
📅 **Graduation date within the last 24 months.**
🗣️ Advanced proficiency in **written and spoken English** and the local language.
📊 Relevant experience in **data analysis**.
### **Preferred Qualifications**
⭐ Experience communicating with different stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
⭐ Experience in a **logistics or operations environment**.
⭐ Professional experience using **Microsoft Office**, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
