The Coca-Cola Company is looking for an experienced **HR Business Partner** to partner with senior leaders across **Egypt and Nigeria** and drive people, talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness strategies.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
• Partner with senior leadership on people & business strategies
• Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives
• Coach senior leaders on talent, performance, engagement & leadership
• Drive workforce planning, organizational design & succession planning
• Lead talent, culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Support organizational capability and leadership development
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
Job Requirements:
• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
• **10+ years** of progressive HR leadership experience
• Experience in a complex multinational organization
• Strong HR Business Partnering & executive coaching experience
• Expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness & change management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working across multiple markets is preferred
