### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations
• Monitor stock levels, safety stock, and reorder points
• Analyze inventory trends and identify slow-moving/obsolete items
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams
• Lead and supervise the Inventory Control team
• Monitor and improve inventory KPIs such as Inventory Accuracy, Turnover, Stock Variance, and Days on Hand
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and data integrity within the ERP system
• Prepare inventory reports and provide management with recommendations
• Lead inventory improvement and process optimization initiatives
Job Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in **Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering**, or related field
💼 **5+ years** of experience in Inventory Management
🏭 Manufacturing experience is preferred
📊 Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, stock management, and inventory KPIs
💻 Advanced **Microsoft Excel** and ERP skills
➕ **Odoo ERP** experience is a plus
🧠 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
🤝 Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination
⚙️ Experience in CNC machinery, metal fabrication, or industrial equipment manufacturing is highly preferred
👥 Experience leading teams and implementing inventory/process improvements is highly preferred
