Shell is looking for a **Logistics & Road Transport Supervisor** to lead safe, reliable, and cost-effective transportation and logistics operations while driving contractor performance, operational excellence, and supply chain improvements.
### 🚛 **Key Responsibilities**
🦺 Champion Shell’s **Goal Zero** safety culture across logistics and transportation activities.
📋 Implement and monitor **IOGP Land Transportation Safety Standards** and ensure compliance with Shell requirements and local regulations.
👷 Manage transport contractors, including **HSSE performance, audits, reviews, incident investigations, and corrective actions**.
📊 Monitor transport KPIs and drive continuous safety and operational improvements.
🚚 Manage transportation contractors to deliver **safe, reliable, and cost-effective logistics services**.
📦 Coordinate lubricants logistics across **supply, terminals, warehouses, and commercial teams**.
🌍 Support **distribution, inventory management, import/export, and warehouse operations**.
🔄 Drive logistics improvement, digitalization, and **supply chain optimization** initiatives.
🤝 Build strong relationships with logistics providers, customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
📑 Support **tendering, contract development, negotiations, supplier performance reviews, and contractual compliance**.
💰 Drive **cost optimization, productivity, and operational excellence**.
🌱 Support Shell’s sustainability objectives by reducing logistics-related emissions and implementing lower-carbon transportation solutions.
Job Requirements:
✔ **3–5 years of experience** in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related fields.
✔ Proven experience in **logistics operations and transportation management**.
✔ Experience managing **contractors and suppliers**.
✔ Strong understanding of **transport safety and logistics processes**.
✔ Experience with operational improvement, **cost optimization, and performance management**.
