Twine is looking for an experienced **Operations Manager** to oversee daily e-commerce operations and help optimize order processing, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and customer experience.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily e-commerce operations
• Oversee order processing, inventory & fulfillment
• Manage customer service, returns & exchanges
• Monitor sales, inventory levels & operational KPIs
• Coordinate with 3PL providers and suppliers
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Support marketing campaigns and product launches
• Ensure operational compliance and best practices
Job Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in **E-commerce Operations**
✔ Shopify or similar platform experience preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of inventory & order fulfillment
✔ Understanding of customer service operations
✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills
✔ Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
✔ Experience working with remote teams
✔ Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs and reporting tools
✔ Available for **part-time contract work**
✔ Retail or Activewear experience is a plus
