Bosta is hiring an **Operations Planning Analyst** to drive data-led decisions across fulfillment, demand planning, replenishment, and middle-mile operations.
🔹 Build dashboards & reports using **Metabase + SQL**
🔹 Connect databases with **Google Sheets** for real-time tracking
🔹 Own **demand planning & replenishment** cycles
🔹 Plan and monitor **middle-mile capacity, routing & costs**
🔹 Analyze **inventory, inbound, outbound, RTO & RTV**
🔹 Track fulfillment **P&L and operational KPIs**
🔹 Turn analysis into actionable operational improvements
Job Requirements:
✅ Strong **SQL + Metabase/BI** experience
✅ Experience with live database → Google Sheets reporting
✅ Strong understanding of **fulfillment operations**
✅ Experience in **demand planning, replenishment & middle-mile**
✅ Ability to connect operational performance with **financial outcomes**
✅ Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
