WorkMotion is looking for a **Payroll Generalist** to manage payroll operations across multiple entities in a fast-paced, international environment.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll end-to-end for up to **5 entities**
• Work closely with outsourced payroll providers
• Review payroll data and outputs for accuracy and completeness
• Investigate payroll issues and identify root causes
• Manage payroll inputs, deadlines, approvals, and processes
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external payroll vendors
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline payroll processes
Job Requirements:
✔ Minimum **1 year of payroll experience**
✔ Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Ability to work independently and take ownership
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✔ **Fluent English** — written & spoken
### ⭐ Nice to Have:
• Experience managing multiple entities/payrolls
