micro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire **Senior Software Engineers** to help evaluate and improve next-generation AI systems on real-world software engineering tasks.
### 🔹 What You’ll Do
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design
• Create challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases
• Review AI reasoning around **system architecture, debugging, and system design**
• Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance
Job Requirements:
💻 Strong experience with **Python, JavaScript, system design, algorithms & data structures**
💼 **1+ year** as a Software Engineer at a top technology company, with some experience within the past 7 years
